Delivery and Refund Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

All parcels will be posted with Australia Post.

Standard orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business day of receipt of payment.
— For standard orders within Australia, delivery time is an additional 3-6 business days from dispatch date. 
— For standard orders outside of Australia, delivery time is an additional 2-4 weeks from dispatch date.

 

Within Australia:

Economy Delivery: $11.50
Express Delivery: $14.25

 

Outside of Australia:

Economy International Delivery: $27.50
Express International Delivery: $51.00

 


All parcels are sign on delivery. Be sure to check that the products are in good condition before signing.

All delivery and product prices are in $AUD.


ZIP CODE FAILED VALIDATION

To ensure the safety of our transactions, we validate your zip code before a purchase is finalised. If you have received an error, you may see a charge has been processed but this is just a hold. Holds typically fall off between 2-3 business days.

Here are three easy ways to fix an invalid zip code/postcode error:

  1. Does your shipping address match your billing address? If not, be sure to select "Use a different billing address" in the Payment Method section during checkout.
  2. Your billing address details must match what your bank has on file. Check with your bank and payment method to make sure your billing address is the same.
  3. If you’re still experiencing this issue, try the following:
      • Make sure your Ad or Script blockers are turned off.
      • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
      • If neither of the above works, restart your device or try another web browser.

      REFUND POLICY

      We have a 24 hour refund policy. If you have a change of mind, you will need to notify us within 24 hours of your purchase in order to obtain a refund.

      Once your request for a refund has been received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase and your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately Hoai Xuan Duong cannot offer you a refund.

      Late or Missing Refunds: 
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Sale Items:
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
